As Bright As A Streetlight
In the package you get the tent light, a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, and a product manual. In the constant quest for the best camp light I decided to give this one a try. I’m happy to say that I think I’ve found it. My only hesitation in saying that is that the light could almost be considered too bright, even on its most dim setting. It says it is infinitely dimmable, but my experience was that it stopped you from dimming it too far, and it was still pretty bright at that level. This light provides a lot of illumination while hanging from the provided pole in a state campground or hanging from the top loop in your tent. You can see in the attached picture that I actually hung it from a branch and sat underneath it for some reading, which was a pretty cool experience. You can also hold it in your hand as a torch when you hike, although that isn’t the primary intended use.The integrated hook folds flush against the base and folds out 90 degrees to allow for hanging. The hook is thin but sturdy which allows it to slide into a lot of places including very small loops. Since it ONLY folds 90 degrees, the hook can also be used as a kickstand to illuminate a table. The light has an intuitive button design to cycle between color profile and dim. Short press cycles, long press dims. It does not ‘remember’ the dimming setting between cycles. There is an array of 4 green lights on the side to indicate battery level, which I really appreciate. At a glance, you can see if it needs to be charged without any guesswork. The battery is just over 10,000 mAh, which is massive. It lasts for a long time and can even work as a power bank for devices that plug in with USB-C.The magnet feature is cool. I’ve put it on metal poles and the side of my car so far. It’s very handy. It’s big, but it still fits easily in a hiking pack as long as you aren’t a masochist when it comes to being ultralight. It’s also waterproof. Can it get any better? I don’t think so. I think I’ve finally found the best camping dome light.

Very bright, long-lasting illumination
We recently experienced an extended powered outage from a summer storm so I have been looking for items to help us through both short and long term power outages. The initial outage happened in the dead of night and the first thing you realize is how dark it is when even your night lights are out.I used my cell phones light to root around for a flashlight or battery powered lamp. In those few dark minutes I decided to make the hunt easier next time.I came across this rechargeable LED camping / emergency lantern and I liked the rechargeable nature of it. I have a generator that I can use to recharge it and then use the lantern at night when the generator is offline.Nice sized light with easy to understand instructions and controls. Has several different brightness levels as well as different light temperatures (colors). The first thing I noticed when I turned on the lantern in a dark room is it shockingly bright, almost too bright, but perfect to illuminate and entire room or tent. You can clearly see to read a book by the light output, see photo above.I fully charged it and left it on high and it lasted over 12 hours. That is really excellent given the amount of light it puts out.You can hang it using the included hook or use the magnet the is embedded in the lantern to attach it to anything metal. It takes a while to charge using the USB C cable but that is from empty.Very nice light for power outages or camping.

Feels solid/decent battery life
This is a heavier little light that feels and looks solid. It has a hook for hanging and also has a small but decently powerful magnet option. The power button sticks out and is easier to find/feel in dark situations which I like. Pressing it cycles the light through 3 different modes of light and the 4th click turns it off. Each light mode also has a dimming feature by long pressing the button so they can each be tailored to your needs. There’s little LED lights next to the power button to indicate battery life and a silicone cover for the type C charging this uses (cord included but not a charging block) as well as an output port that can turn this into a charging station. I didn’t test how fast that function drains the battery or how fast it charges things but it did initiate to charge my iPhone when I plugged it in to test it for a few minutes. The light doesn’t need to be on to charge devices.Out of the box this showed full charge so I put it on the second lighting mode left ant its highest level and after 12 hours was down to one bar of battery life. Not the worse battery life but I don’t think it’s as long as this claims. It’ll definitely get ya through a full night left on however. Each of the 3 light modes lit my room sufficiently enough so I’m happy with that. It disputes light evenly throughout the space and I feel this would be great in a tent hanging up via the hook. It’s also stated to be waterproof so rain wouldn’t be an issue but I wouldn’t submerge this. All in all I like this light and will definitely use it when we camp. It would also make a great emergency light in a power outage and the fact it can also act as an emergency power bank in a pinch is nice.

The sun went down... and then it came back up when this turned on
Got this for my sister and fiance who love camping. The described this light as the Mighty Mouse of lights, and a "second sun after the first one went down". It is BRIGHT, and they are very happy to have it for their excursions. They also said that they loved that it has a warm and a cool setting.
