GreenPanGP Deco 11 Piece Set

I've never paid as much for a pan as I paid for this one but so far it's been worth it. Goes through the dishwasher well and nothing has stuck to it yet. I have a couple of cooking pans and this one is always the one I reach for first. I don't use metal utensils on it so I think it will hold up for a long time.

Heat up quickly and clean up easily. Enjoying this new set.

This pan is great! The depth is an added bonus when making larger amounts of sauces, stir fries etc. Super easy to clean too. I love it and would but it again. Do NOT use metal utensils! Despite what the description in Amazon says, the pan itself comes with a tips sticker and states not to use metal utensils and other helpful tips to increase longevity. I stuck mine on the fridge!

I really wanted to love this pan as I was replacing one I'd had for many years and LOVED! Wish I hadn't disposed of it. It was lighter and much easier to handle than this one. I find this GreenPan heavy if very full. I make a lot of meat sauces in quantity so I can freeze in batches for future. In this case I find the pan a bit cumbersome (bear in mind I am a very petite person, a bit older and my arms and wrists are not as strong as they used to be). I also found it curious that there is no hole in the lid to let steam escape - I find that very handy, but glad my old lid has this feature and glad I kept that lid.The last thing that surprises me if the very rim of the pan is already loosing it's coating and I am using nothing but wood and silicone utensils. I think this doesn't say too much about the quality of the coating, but only time will tell. I would probably return it, if I could.

What a great pan. I use it a lot. I take reasonable care and never use metal, and the surface still looks new. I use it on a gas range and use a copper plate under it to prevent super hot spots. Cleanup is nothing at all. The lid could use a vent, but I can live with that. Best of all, the straight sides means that the pan is the actual size stated, all the way down. So many say 12" but are really 10" by the time the curved slope is counted. Handle stays cool. Lid handle stays tolerable.
