This case is excellent for my new Galaxy Tab A9. I got the tablet mainly to read my books, but I still wanted something sturdy to protect my device. This case does the job beautifully. It holds the tablet quite snuggly; the sides fit and align perfectly with the buttons, and the magnetic trifold front is a great extra protection for the screen. There are only 2 "cons" to this case, though: the wake/sleep function doesn't work, and the front is not sturdy enough to keep the tablet standing. I don't see these as a problem because I have a tablet stand holder, and the wake/sleep function not working doesn't bother me. So, if you are considering to get it just to protect your tablet, it's a fantastic product. If you need those two functions, I would try to find something else.

New tablet meant new "cover" for me this year. Did due diligence and scrolled through Amazon's offerings, finally settling on a brand I'd used before - happily. The case looks upscale, and fits perfectly - however - to avoid frustration when first installing it - - -slip the RIGHT side of the tablet in the case, then ease in the LEFT side. If you look closely at the little "prongs" on the case, you'll understand. Good case! Recommended.
