It’s a good remedy but obviously not a replacement for a cure. It doesn’t slip off easily and provides good support and cushion to relieve the pain in my heels.

My 11yr old suffers frI’m severs disease (heel pain due to tendon growing slower then the growth plate in the foot) and these are amazing! He used to come off the soccer field in pain and hardly able to walk. These have made sure a huge improvement and he has taken majority of his pain away. They are heavy duty and works wonders! I love these a lot, highly recommend them. My 15 year old son has Shivers disease and is flat footed. His orthopedic recommended a heel cup 2 years ago and this has been my second time purchasing these my son loves these in his shoes and he says has no pain when they are in his shoes nor does he feel if the are there.

Keep in mind heels spurs are hard to address and you have to keep searching to find what works for you. These are my golden ticket! It takes 2-3 days to find relief but once you’re adapted these really work for me! I have been dealing with my bone spur for 2 Fricking Years! The pain has been as high as an 8.5 and no less than 5 at its best. Today, with these heel cups, I’m at a 1, yes a 1!!! I work at an airport so that hasn’t helped with finding relief but these heel cups resolved it! If I take it easy on the weekend, it’s as though I don’t even have a heel spur! I’m going on vacation next month so I will buy these again to make sure all my shoes have them! Hope these work for you!

These are PERFECT for athletic shoes and work boots. DO NOT put them in your church / dress / office shoes. You'll sound like you have a flatulence problem as you walk down the hall to the elevator or up to the altar to take communion.

Got these for my kids after it was suggested by my chiropractor. One used it for sports, eliminated her foot pain (flat foot) and other kid used it for being on his feet all day at work.
