These F140Q 140mm Quiet Airflow Fans are exactly what I needed. The build quality is solid, and they work really well right out of the box. They move a good amount of air while staying impressively quiet, which is perfect for keeping things cool without the extra noise. I was gonna leave a bad review about these self tapping screws but apparently that's industry standard so I wont. The fans themselves work great. They're super quite and I like that they have no rgb's. My whole PC is rgbless now so you can barely tell when its on which I love.But damn those self tapping screws are so annoying I completely stripped each screw I put in so I'm gonna need a wrench if I ever want to replace these fans.

Work great as bottom intake in my white H9 flow. Would recommend!

I had to drop the speed to 40% (~1000 RPM) in the bios because it was so loud. Thankfully, it's the least important fan in my set up so it's not that big of a deal. All the other fans are running at 100% to compensate and it's louder than all of them combined. When running at full power it was noticeable even over the air conditioner running full blast behind it. Switching its power from DC to PMW in the bios helps with the noise and is pretty much required.The airflow is really good even at the low speed I have it set to. On higher speeds, it's extremely powerful. It's in my build to help the other fans and it does a good job with that.I mainly got it for aesthetics. I wanted an all-black 140mm fan with no printed logo to blend in with a case. Previously, I had one of the RGB fans in there but I thought that was a bit much. I'm really happy with how it looks in my build.Build quality is excellent and installation was super easy. The screws went in perfectly. This thing feels really solid and worth the price. It does have very low tolerance on the intake though. I had rubber bumpers in the case that I had to remove because it was clipping on them. They were only raised up about 2 mm and weren't a problem with the previous fan.For my purposes, this worked out fine. But I wouldn't recommend it if it's going to be your primary way of cooling your PC unless you need some serious power and are going to use noise cancelling headphones. It's just too loud.
