Machinist Ruler - Metal Rulers Pack of 4, 6/8/12/14 Inch Metric MM Ruler, Stainless Steel

They are all easy to use and read. Very durable and very well designed and made. If you do any kind of work that requires exact measurements then you need these rulers. I am an older man who is a perfectionist and everything that I do and build must be done professionally. I use these tools for almost everything that I build. I would recommend purchasing these for any projects that you want to build. The numbers are very easy to read and see.

4 chinese for about the price of one well made in USA rule. Not too bad quality, metric graduations aren't very deep, compared to fractional inch side, rolled steel shows ripples. Worth the price for yardstick quality, but nothing more. If you want chinese, these are cheap and functional, unless you're a machinist that wants quality. I don't regret buying them, but I also need bifocals to read.

Nice rulers. A little bit thin but well etched and easy to read. Accurate so far. Edges are a little sharp too.

When I started 3D printing I was basically forced to re-learn the metric system - it had been many years since I needed it. But I do a lot of practical prints - replacing broken parts, making hangers and connectors and so on. So I needed metric rulers. Which I seem to misplace endlessly. There's four rulers here, each a different length. Yes, they are steel so you can slap them on a magnet and hopefully not forget where they are.Great quality and a really good price.

Nice, useful set of rulers. Not quite satin chrome and the markings are painted on, not engraved but if you want Starret you have to be wiling to pay the price. The finish is not highly reflective almost as good as satin chrome.These are a very good set at a very good price. The markings at the ends are precise; no "extra length" as some cheap steel rules have. Metric scales are on both edges of one side and inch scales on both edges of the other side. That works for most any situation measuring from a corner.

The ruler set is a very good value for the money. The markings are pretty easy to see and would probably last long if they're used lightly. Don't know how they would last in daily machine shop use but they're great for the home DIY'r.

I ordered a new item and got a dirty used item instead.
