Taste great and low on sugar but super high carbs 1 cookie is your entire day for what's allowed. So if on keto and not planning on having anything with carbs or sugar you can have 1 cookie a day not more carbs or sugar. This is hard they have a great taste

Insanely good taste. Zero protein taste at all. Pricey for what you get though, 8 packets in the box.

Great taste. Great protein content. Great low carb formula. It's basically a super convenient and guilt-free "cheat" snack and the two coolies are big enough to satiate you. 5 stars!

So these come 2 "cookies" to a pack. for someone on a low carb diet, it's a tasty alternative to a piece of cake. Probably could be fine just packing 1 per pack instead of 2. It's more like a soft cake (like a little debbie cake) opposed to a hard cookie which is what I was kinda expecting. Has some sort of frosted candy coating that is sweet, but the inside is like a soft strawberry cake. Not the most appealing looks, but tastes great for a low carb treat. 200 calories a pack (for 2 cookies).Be warned that it, like many other artificially sweetened products, uses Erythritol as the base sweetener. In many medical circles (including the NIH) the amount of Erythritol in these artifically sweetened products can cause an elevated risk of cardiovascular issues (like heart attack, etc.). But I think overeating sugar and being overweight outweighs that so this is a better option than being obese.EDIT: So I dropped this down to 3 stars. The first pack I tried was decent, but as I tried more I realized what a terrible after taste these things have. I guess it's a substitute for someone on a diet to have a sweet cake, but honestly, I don't think I'll buy anymore with this aftertaste.
