Review: Really works for low back pain - Recently, I've had some low back pain after sleeping or sitting too long. I'm not sure if it's from a new exercise routine, my age (I just turned 55), or from a fall I recently had. Could be all of the above. I've tried stretching and it would sometimes help, but this pillow has been amazing. I have used it for about a week now and I wake up fully refreshed and without any pain!!! It's the perfect size (not too thick, not too thin) and shape (long enough for me to turn from side to back to other side) for the curve of my low back and I can use it to support my waist since I'm a side sleeper. It also has a cooling gel that's perfect for keeping me cool at night. It's soft, but with just the right amount of support. I couldn't live without it!!!

I've only had this for a week or so. I use it while I sleep. It does seem to provide some relief for lower back pain. I have found it most effective when i place it under my legs, just above the knees. I've never tried another lumbar pillow, so I haves no real comparison, but it does seem to provide some relief and better sleep in my case.
