Zipper fail
Zippers failed after 6 months! Our other bags last a couple years.

poor quality
My son loves this backpack due to the colors and design, but we bought it for this school year and both of the zippers broke before February. We aren't putting lots of stuff in this backpack either, as it is for a Kindergartner, so it has maybe 2-3 lbs of stuff daily in it. Upset with the quality since it broke so quickly.

Too small
Was unable to fit a basic laptop in bag. Had to return.

Ripped in less than a week
The inside pocket ripped in 4 days. My 2nd grader barely Carrie’s anything back and forth to school. Really cute and nice size but poor quality.
