I regularly have always had a hard time sweating which makes me feel like I don't detox as well as most people. I had to drank this up to 9 to sweat but it worked wonders. I had sweat running down me! It is comfortable and the inside of the "sleeping bag" is huge! My husband who is 300 lbs and muscular with big shoulders could easily fit in here with room to spare. On the low settings it just feels warm and cozy like a stress relief. So glad I got this.

Used only once directly on the floor. Floor is hard and not confortable. Don't want to use the blanket on the bed (memory foam). The blanket is relaxing. The problem is the hard floor!

Just got it a few days ago and this looks very durable and it feels very good. Using setting number 3 as it corresponds to the scientific research that shoes that 122 degrees is idea for gut health. Will report back after 3 months of daily use. the heart and soul put in producing this far infrared sauna tells me that there is love from the entire team and somehow blessing to every user. I really love this!!!!

I like the blanket and the health benefits it provides. It is heavy and not easy to move around in between uses. I am returning it

I was hoping for an easy at home sauna sweat session, but kind of disappointed. After 40 minutes on level 9 I hardly had a sweat. I may have to return it and look for another brand.
