I bought 3 bottles of this product and I loved it! I had vivid, colorful dreams and felt great. It also helped me prevent leg cramps. Update: 03-22-2026 Note: The 4th bottle I bought had a strong unpleasant odor so I didn't take it. After leaving a 1 star review, the manufacturer contacted me and asked if I'd be willing to try their product again. I said yes, and I'm happy to report my Nature Target Magnesium Glycinate formula is back! I look forward to getting some good night's sleep again while I continue to use this product.

I take these vitamins every night before bed, the best time to take magnesium. Magnesium glycinate is well absorbed and if I remember correctly, D3 helps make them more effective. I have no complaints about these vitamins and I even gave a bottle to my son to try.

I sent this to my friend a while back about this product.... A while back, I had my regular check-up with my primary care Doc. Told him I didn't have the energy I once had, get tired sooner than usual, and my muscle strength wasn't what it used to be. He laughed and said I had the same problem that all men start to have from age 40 and up. Our testosterone levels began to fall off, and the older you get, the faster they fall off. He strongly suggested taking a supplement that contains magnesium, zinc, and potassium. That's pretty much what you see in all the eugenics commercials with ex-NFL players. He said it wasn't necessary to go that route, and it would cost more money than I needed to spend. He said any over-the-counter supplement with those three ingredients would work. I ordered this from Amazon, and I had doubts it would make a difference. I was wrong. The stuff works. For any guy out there looking to up his game in EVERY way, I strongly suggest this stuff. I've been taking it for about two weeks, and I see and feel a difference. Butch, I kid you not, stuff works. Pass this on, Bud. Us old guys have to stick together. Lol.

I am updating my review. The first bottle I received must have been bad. It smelled and tasted bad. I heard from the company, and they sprang into action. The new bottle smelled and tasted 100% better. They took my smells bad, tastes bad comment very seriously. I can now recommend this magnesium.

This magnesium .. is good for people with pain, nerves, and I use for neuropathy. It is working for me … honest I am very happy . Everyone has different needs .. for me this is my needs.Because I have problem to swallow .. I cut the pill in half . and everything is perfect .. i am happy .. .. probably I will do order again .
