Build quality is good and easy to use. Review: reasonable foot rest - this has only one height at flat level so make sure it's right. it can be tilted but not sure this is ideal for long term use on ankles. you can screw it tighter so it doesn't move as much but it can still be tilted with your feet. Too much feet tilting on my part. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value rest *by D***B on 19 June 2020* Was looking for a footrest with reasonable adjustment for a sensible price to help my wife who (like many others) had to start working from home. There were cheaper alternatives but they seemed very flimsy and had limited adjustment then there were much, much more expensive ones with the adjustments I would have liked. Plumped for this one as a middle ground - no real height adjuster, just moves when you change the tilt angle but the device is solid enough for its purpose and the plate does not flop around all the time (just enough friction in the slots).
