I bought these only to wear under my flippers. They are thin enough to not interfere with my swim fins. I used to get a little redness and soreness on the top of my foot from my fins especially in saltwater if I got some sand in my fins. So far I have had zero issues with my feet with these booties on. Also the grip on the bottom is sticky on the non slip surface of my boat. Once we start snorkeling I end up wearing the booties all day until we pack up our gear. I am a size 12 in brooks and asics running shoes I bought the XL size and fit perfect.

I purchased these water socks to wear inside a pair of really uncomfortable water shoes. I highly recommend them for that purpose. They dry quickly, and they have made a world of difference comfort-wise.I would NOT recommend using them AS water shoes. They are soft and somewhat thin. I do not think they would last long in a rocky environment.

I got these for use with fins when I went snorkeling, and it worked great in protecting my feet. I also swam with it without fins, and it helped protect my feet when I walked over rocks and pebbles.

I will never wear flippers without these again and then you aren't barefoot without the flippers. I LOVE these and so does my husband.

These make decent camp shoes for ultralight backpackers.

Just a new pair of fins for lap swimmimng. These socks are perfect for protecting my feet. The no-skid soles are great.

I have very sensitive feet and needed some protection from a shell filled beach. These worked great! Not to heavy or bulky and I was able to swim fine with them on.

Perfect to protect my feet from blisters inside snorkel fins. Makes the fins fit nice and snug. They don't absorb too much water. I wear a mens 11-11.5, the XL socks fit well, if maybe a little loose. Would buy again.
