I am a mom of three boys that are very close in age. I have a leapfrog products for kids and i decided to order this for them as another educational activity. I MUST SAY THIS IS WAY BETTER PRODUCT AND FOR MUCH AFFORDABLE PRICE. you get variety of books with different activities. My boys been busy with this for hours. They are having fun while learning new vocabulary. It is one of the must products to have for kids. Illustrations in the books also are great!

Might need time to set up
Product seems promising. But I wish it was more ready to use as soon as you open. Requires some setting up. I’m sure once I get a chance to set it up for my kids it’ll be a very nice tool to help them learn to read.

Strange language and cultural issues
We bought this for our daughter and we've been pretty pleased with the functionality 3/5 stars. It eventually became apparent that this was not created by native english speakers. Some awkward phrases are used over and over again. A couple pages of one of the books has a military theme armed soldiers with crude saying and another with an automatic rifle complete with sound effect. I don't consider this age appropriate material. There are some psychological and pedagogical areas for improvement where these things are concerned.The pen functions well and you can re-record the saved messages as well as use their stickers so you are able to fix some of these things and avoid others. Obviously a complete quality learning system would be preferred for this price. That's why I give it 2/5 stars overall.

The books and the audios don't match, except for you one book
The books and the audios don't match, except for you one book. The other's are all scrambled. Haven't tested the stickers yet, but the basic product is a huge disappointment.
