I was a bit sceptical before buying this card, unsure whether the wooden heart would be a bit tacky & cheap looking.The card was good quality and sturdy enough to stand up even with the weight of the wooden heart on the front. The wooden heart was perfect, no flaws in the wood and the inscription was lightly burnt into the wood, so no chance of wearing off. The heart was c8.5cm x 7.5cm x 0.8cm, I tried to show the thickness of the heart in the photo, nice and solid.If sending through the post a thick padded envelope would be needed.My only criticism is that when the heart is removed the card underneath is blank, it would have been nice if an image of the heart and it’s inscription had been printed there.

The ornament on the card was a really nice keepsake to give to a loved one.
