I use this in a hot soak to help treat my fibromyalgia a few times a week or so when I have the energy. It doesn't solve very fast, so I have to mix it around a bit. And I'm not sure if it's just my nose, but I wish the scent was a little stronger. But I do feel a little better after soaking for about an hour. It's a shame it doesn't last into the next day, but that's just my body. I plan to try a few more of them for relaxation and anxiety.

Don’t get the anxiety one- that one does nothing. Muscle relief is a miracle worker. No joke. It’s also amazing when I’m sick.

I don't care what anyone says on here, this stuff is GREAT. I weightlift almost everyday and am always on my feet at work. Soon as I dipped in the tub instant relaxation and feels good. Buy this!!!! I know I'm going to again when I run out.

I bought this after reading all the great reviews. I did not find this any better than any other epsom salt I had ever used. It did have a pleasing smell even for someone who is chemically sensitive. Would I buy it again, no not really. It's not that I didn't like it, i just don't think it is really any better than any other product like this that I have used. Did it relieve my muscle pain, no but neither does any other product.

This product works like it claims, so I’m giving it the five stars it deserves. There is a very real pain relief benefit to it. I agree with other reviewers that it smells excellent inside the bag, but not so fragrant once in the water, but it’s important to note that a lot of people, especially females, do not want a ton of artificial fragrances in a bath product. The essential oils and salts in the product do their job on muscle pain relief, which is the main reason I purchased it. I’m subscribing to purchase it every 3 months. You do not need a lot of product to make it effective, which is definitely a benefit.

This Epsom Salt Bath Soak With Eucalyptus & Peppermint Essential Oil is amazing. You feel refreshed after the bath and it definitely relaxes tired and overworked muscles. I use it at least 3 times a week.Bathing and soaking at night leaves me relaxed and the next morning hardly any stiffness is felt.Will keep using it while I workout alot in summer.

I just use these bath salts for the first time tonight and they are wonderful! A really nice sound and they absolutely relaxed all of my muscles! A little one a pretty long way, too!

Product works very well and the scent lingers through our full 30 minutes of tub time. I do believe the pain relief is there, but we are going to continue to use it to see the impact over time. Highly recommend this product!
