Board is scuffed and pump not much use
Received this today, went to inflate before we take it out tomorrow and there are large scuffs on the top side of the board near the bottom end (not a huge issue but not ideal). As I was inflating with supplied pump to recommended pressure (12-15psi), the board was firm and pump got a bit stiff, but was saying around 7 psi on the gauge at the time of it breaking. After taking said pump apart (I have been a cyclist for many years so have seen all kinds of pumps), the main part of the pump was held together inside the chamber with what I can only describe as one half rivet, which is probably why it fell to pieces internally as soon as it started to get any pressure. Overall, the board looks as you would expect for a second hand one with the scuffs, hasn't seen any water yet so cant comment on how it works (should be fine though). This pump isn't fit for use unfortunately.

Great package
Family absolutely love the paddle board. Easy to inflate and put away. Not quite managed to get everything in the bag yet, but I’m sure we will with a bit of proper organisation. I’ve only given three stars as the pressure gauge on the pump doesn’t work and I’ve been unsuccessful getting hold of the supplier for a replacement. I also messaged Amazon but have had no response from them either. I also noticed that the design on top of the board has come off and it has only been used twice. Not confident about the durability.

Items missing and pump broke in seconds. Poor customer services
The board was fine but the ankle strap was missing. The pump then fell apart when it got to 5-6psi when it was supposed to reach 13-15psi. The seller was less than helpful and dismissive (like talking to a robot) and refused to send me the missing/broken parts. Be careful.
