Stopped charging after 2 months, only works when plugged in which means we can never keep it in the fridge. Also temperamental when it’s plugged in.

Setup was ok, holds decent amount of water.But I need to tap many times to get the water to flow, that is the only problem.

I received the box , it was wet inside and the filter was full of water, something like used filter.

We’ve had it for three weeks and the purple change filter light is already flashing. Only two people live here and use it, so it isn’t in constant use.
