Q: Will the terminated end of a RG6 coax cable fit though the included 1/2" cable glands?

The connectors supplied (2) come with a 1" K.O. so a typical coax cable with connector should work.There is 10 KOs ALL 1" on Box 3on top& bottom 2 on the ends.Be careful with this box the plastic isn't very thick it will crack if you beat it around,mine had a hairline crack but it was on the bottom so I can live with it.Its a good box it has a gasket lid ,keep in mind this isn't a NEMA 1 box it's not bulletproof but for the money I can live with it,it does the job

Q: Is wall of box thick enough to be threaded for NPT?

I seriously doubt it--it's light and flimsy. IF you need to do that, you'd probably be better off gluing in a plastic pipe nipple with reinforcements on each side and threading that.

Q: How to use those cable glands coming with the box?

Hello there, thanks for your interest and we took a rough video to show how to apply cable glands when you need to connet wire to project you gonna install inside the box.Following are some tips: Reserved holes can be drilled or knocked out by flat head screwdriver (please keep lid closed) and may be polished sometimes.; This box comes with NPT1/2 cable gland that fits cable range 0.24in-0.47in(6-12mm), other size can be ordered from our store.

Q: Up to what size cable do the cable glands accommodate? I need it for 11/16 cable.

The fitting is pretty big,I would guess your cable would work,it's an educated guess,don't hold me to it but I would say it would fit a 1" cable
