I bought this heater to help with my home office which is in an extra bedroom, and it does a great job. It fits perfectly and blends into the room well. The body and legs are metal, and are solid. The heater is well made and the flame and log effects are well done. I like having a lower-power option to avoid tripping breakers which can occur when other high-draw items are used on the same circuit. The controls work great and can be accessed via the remote or on the front of the unit if the door is opened. The temp can be precisely adjusted using the remote or the front controls, and the selected temp and other info is briefly presented via a display inside the main area. The flame and log characteristics can be adjusted to suit, and can present a nice visual. The heating element is near the top of the unit, above the door, and it works well. The air intakes are on the sides, are easy to see, and can be cleaned easily. It is not overly noisy for a space heater and does exactly what I need for my office. We are having sub-zero temps in Iowa this week, and my office is quite comfortable thanks to this space heater. This unit is much better than its price may indicate.

This is the BEST heater ever! Not only did the stylish design catch my eye but the top heat vent was a must for me. I have multiple cats and was afraid to get a bottom vent heater as they could easily hurt themselves on the heated metal.. the vent on this is tall enough that none of my cats were interested in checking it out. Also, the top of the heater does get pretty warm but not hot enough to immediately burn skin, my cats have jumped ontop and been totally fine. I appreciate the remote too, and the timer works great as well. Overall one of my favorite purchases ever!!

This heater has quite a lot of power . I brought this to heat my LiL cabin I have in the woods and I questioned if it really would. It Does ! And it heats it up fairly fast. NOT even close to some of the reviews I read some saying it heated up their room or whatever in Minutes... 🤔... BUT to be honest it took a good hour or so... As to be expected. Maybe the only complaint could be is that the fire isn't very realistic. It's pretty but the log colors should be different. Or have a way of turning the log colors off and just have the flame colors. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase. The remote is very easy to figure out. No problem. Thanks You

I’m really happy with this fireplace Heater, it makes my living room feel so cozy. The fake wood logs look surprisingly real, and watching the flames on cold nights has become my favorite thing to do. It heats up the room fast, and the adjustable thermostat lets me set it just right. The timer is convenient when I don’t want to worry about turning it off later. The remote makes it easy to use, and it’s quiet enough not to be distracting. It’s been perfect for keeping us warm this winter while adding a nice touch of charm to the space.

Absolutely love this unit. Perfectly warms our living room. It doesn't have any sound effects, but the colors are beautiful. The remote is handy. The flame speed is changeable. The heat can be turned off. I love it. Would buy again.

Fireplace is durable and sturdy. Nice height, i thought it was going to be short, but was surprised to see how tall it is. I used this for my unheated enclosed porch, works great and looks stunning. Legs were easy to installed, took 3 minutes.

This works great my son also has one just put the kegs on and plug it in. It heats our sun room up well it all glass maybe 10x5

I’ve now had to replace this item twice, and unfortunately the second replacement has also stopped working — it no longer blows heat at all. I’ve owned it for less than a year, and the quality is disappointing. The first time, I received a unit with a cracked heating element; that should have been my sign. I don’t recommend this product unless you’re okay with replacing it yearly. I purchased it because it was cute, but now I’ll be prioritizing function over aesthetics and switching to another brand. The item is also now out of warranty, so there’s nothing the seller can do. Overall, not worth the hassle.
