We have a very open floor plan house with lots of large glass slider doors all around on the side of a hill and a gentle but constant trade wind that blows throuhg the house. It's great, but doors slam close all the time when the breeze flows through the house. We also have glossy wood floors and only rubber door stops seem to work at all, but several we've tried just slide across the floor when the breeze picks up. I bought these after reading a few reviews and they have turned out to be fantastic. We have not had a single door slam in several weeks. Further, the ability to stack them and keep them together with the included connector clips has allowed us for the fist time to stop one particular door that has about a 1.5" gap to the floor. Other door stops, or just one of these, just passes under the door, but two stacked works perfectly and the door is held firmly in place. The included stick-on hangers for the stops when not in use is a nice touch and we're using several of them on doors that are not always kept open with the stops. Only time will tell whether the rubber used in these stops will break down or harden up and they will lose their flexibility and stiction to the wood floors, but for the time being these are the best door stops we've ever had.

Who knew I could be so impressed by a simple doorstop? These are really nice and very effective. I love the thought they put into this product, with the ability to combine two to form a larger stopper for doors with very tall gaps, as well as mountable holders to store the stopper on the wall or the door itself when it's not being used. They kind of thought of everything. They are well formed, sturdy, and tacky, holding in place nicely without sliding. They are a bit larger than a typical wedge doorstop, but that's also part of what makes them more effective. If I were dorky enough to have a dream doorstop, this would be it. Ok, so maybe I am that dorky.

Pros: The door stoppers are made of rubber which works well on flat floor surfaces. You can combine two door stoppers into one for doors that requires more support or too high from the floor. Cons: It might work well on carpet or if your door is too high from the ground for a single door stopper. Notes: For doors that are high from the ground, you can combine two door stoppers into one and it will hold your door. Just make sure you secure it well under the door so it doesn't move before leaving your door open. The package does come with these door stopper wall mounts/sticker where you can store it for easy and quick access, I put mine by the door so I can find it quickly.

I work in a correctional facility. We have tile floors and very heavy swinging doors. Sometimes, these doors have to be propped open for whatever reason. We've tried multiple types of doorstop and none of them would work; the doors would just push them across the floor. So, staff started propping the doors open by wedging things at the back edge of the door. Which then screwed up the hinges. Which then cost ALOT of money to fix. I googled doorstops and found these. Bought a 6-pack because the price was low enough that if they didn't work, it wasn't a big deal. These things work like a champ. Slide one under the door, give it a little tap with your foot and you're good to go. No matter the weight of the door or how slick the floor is, they'll hold. Our maintenance guy was so impressed he asked me where I got them. He said he'd buy another set for the rest of our doors. We love these things. Best doorstop ever. **6 month update** STILL the best door-stop ever. They have held up to abuse and still stop doors. I bought another 6-pack.

Product Review: I purchased these doorstops to prevent my child from closing the door, but unfortunately, they did not work on carpet. They easily slid across the carpet and wouldn’t stay in place. On a positive note, the product itself is very well-made. The rubber material is high quality and feels durable. I also appreciated the thoughtful design feature of a storage piece that attaches to the back of the door for holding the doorstop when not in use. Despite the quality and clever storage solution, I had to return these because they simply didn’t work for my needs on carpeted floors.

We recently purchased an RV and when we are not perfectly level, one of the doors does not stay open. I was looking for something that would prop the door open. I found this door stop, and the thing I loved was that it also had a holder. I didn't want to have to find a place to put the stop when we didn't need it, or when we wanted to close the door. This was the perfect solution. When we don't need it, it sits nicely in it's holder and it is out of the way. The door stop itself is very sturdy and does the job well. I would highly recommend this product. Just a note, I did not use the adhesive on the back of the holder, because I didn't want to damage the wall. So instead, I applied a Command strip. That way it can be easily removed if needed.

I've ordered 4 or 5 packs of these. They work great. If the gap for the door is too large they come with a clip to stack two stoppers back to back and will hold a door with a 1" + gap. The work great in LVT and tile flooring. They even come with a plastic clip you can insert the stopped to hold it when not in use. Like every other stopped eventually, with enough use, they wear out. These were used commercially for 4 + years. Propping open doors daily more than a dozen times.

I am using these on carpet and I admit my door is a little high off the carpet (foundation issues) then normal. Nothing insane. So with these wedges, you can combine 2 of them with an included clip to fit my situation. The thing is with this wedge, compared to the good old wooden ones. Is if ANYONE just leans into it a little, it rolls into a ball and comes out the other side whilst the door is opening. They slide on carpet. At least NON-office/house carpet. NO GOOD for that. Ita type of rubber that slides on carpet. It is very smooth. Maybe they'd perform better on office carpet? I really don't know! They may perform worse because office carpet would give it less resistance seemingly but the material might give it some traction in THAT situation, I did not test nor would I. just avoid these. They would probably work on a hard floor BEST. And i wouldn't recommend these for anything OTHER then a hard floor. A wedge should have no give. *PERIOD*. This is also "hollow" whereas, it wouldn't roll into a ball under the door as it's pushed open IF it were solid. (This occurred for me even when putting 2 of the wedges together WHICH IS a nice touch but still useless.) They work as a door stopper so it doesn't hit my wall. Go with another product. Get a SOLID block typed door stop. OR try these and prove me wrong. I bought a door stopper. I want it to STOP that door like the many wedges I've used in the 80's that were wood/SOLID!! Not a toddler inhibitor for a minute. I don;;t expect to SECURE my house with these, but I EXPECT them to hold a door SOLID! These are *FAR* from that mark.
