African BBQ Spice
A fab African BBQ spice mix in a delightful tin! It contains Non-iodated Sea Salt, Garlic Flakes, Black Peppercorns, Mustard Powder, Lemon Zest Powder, Dried Basil, Chillie Flakes, Paprika, Coriander, Onion Flakes, Dried Parsley and Ginger Powder. It's perfect as a spice rub or for adding as a seasoning when your meal is prepared. It doesn't come with any recipe ideas, nor could I find anything specifically aimed at using this spice mix online, so I have just been using the spice mix as a wet rub mixed with some oil for want of a better way to use it! Recommended and now I'm off to look at the other mixes being offered.

Stunning spice blend in an easy to use rub.
This is delicious. It's a great, balanced blend of medium ground spices, which really compliment each other. The rub is incredibly versatile, I've used it with chicken (which was amazing) and also as a rub on steak, which took it to another level completely. I really appreciated that the semi-course nature of the spices allowed for decent cooking of the meat without burning, which sometimes happens if the spices are ground too well. 10/10 Would recommend highly.

Tastes fantastic
The container is a little confusing, its like a little petrol can, but its great and can see it keeping it fresh for longer. The spice though, ooooo sooo good, tastes wonderful on chicken / pork / beef. Just fantastic!

Wir waren letztes Jahr in Afrika und haben dort uns Gewürze von der Marke gekauft und als die leer waren haben wir das gekauft. Es schmeckt super lecker und passt zu vielen Speisen. Müsst ihr testen! Nur der kleine Ausgang ist ungeschickt aber das stört mich nicht.
