## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the difference between the Roller and the Spinner?**
A: The wheels. The Roller has inline skate wheels for pulling over curbs and stairs. The Spinner has four dual spinner wheels that roll upright in any direction on smooth floors. Everything else is the same.

**Q: Will my suit actually come out wearable?**
A: That’s what it’s built for. Garments hang at full length instead of folding in the middle, and compression straps and tie-downs hold them flat in transit. Mesh lid pockets keep folded shirts neat.

**Q: How does the hanging system work?**
A: A built-in twin-hook system is sewn into the case. Open the bag, lift the hooks, and hang it on a closet rod or over the back of a hotel door. Garments stay on their hangers inside the bag the entire time, so there is no unpacking step.

**Q: Where do shoes and worn clothes go?**
A: Shoes go in two integrated shoe pockets that keep soles away from clean clothing. A separate dedicated wet bag handles damp or worn items on the trip home, so a gym shirt or a wet umbrella never shares space with a pressed shirt.

**Q: How do they hold up?**
A: The 400D x 350D polyester holds its shape under a full business wardrobe, the aluminum handle locks at extension, and the top handle is padded and reinforced for the lift into the trunk or the bin. Backed by SWISSGEAR's 10-year protection plan.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this , great product
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 16 August 2025*

Brst product I've found, versatile, has great storage saddle for bathroom equipment, shoes and clothes

### ⭐⭐⭐ Quality not great so not good value for money sadly.
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 October 2025*

Are ok but compared to our previous ones (Antler, no longer available) they are heavy, and materials and zips not very good quality and don’t have built in locks. Don’t feel good value for money.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great suitcarrier/suitcase
*by on Reviewed in Canada 29 December 2024*

Larger size than others - which I wanted - doubles as a suitcase for short trips and no need for other luggage. Sturdy and good quality- best quality for the price
