Simple to use and pumps quickly. Serves its purpose. It does require some assembly upon arrival, but it has instructions. Light weight and easy to move around.

Using this on 55 gallon drums of hydraulic oil and occasionally diesel, it has been solid. The aluminum body and handle feel sturdy, the action is smooth, and it primes in a few turns, then delivers a steady flow that fills a 5 gallon can in a few minutes. The suction tube adjusts to different drum depths and the 2 inch bung adapter sealed well with a couple wraps of tape, no leaks so far. Seals have handled AW-32 oil and diesel without swelling, and the pump turns easily even in cooler weather. I like that it is all metal and simple to service, a quick rinse with diesel after oil transfers keeps it moving freely. A slightly longer discharge hose and a dripless nozzle would make it even better, and a clear arrow on the head for rotation direction would help first time users. Note that it is not intended for gasoline, which is fine for shop fluids. For the price, the performance and build quality make this an easy five stars, great value for money.

The fitting that screws into the drum bung would not screw in at all. So the pump flops around and has to be held with 2 hands to stabilize it. That leaves no hands to run the pump. It takes 2 people to use this and at that it is a PITA to use. I am sending it back.

Junk. Maybe good for water but nothing else. Does not fit standard plastic 55 gallon drum bung.
