Not good
Not fit for purpose. Will not heat water under a reasonable flow, had a qualified plumber installed and he said its worse he's come across. Only warms water if tap is barely open. any standard flow and it cannot heat water adequately.

Works fine, fit for the purpose.
Bought for my kitchen sink. I have to run the tap for a minutes or two to get warm water because the hot water tank is quite far away. What a waste of energy and water. After installed it, warm water come in around 5-10 seconds, saving me money and time. The temperature is around 25-30C for reasonable water flow. If I turn the tap to very slow, it can reach 50C. It has to be so slow, the device barely running. It works as expected as a 3000W device, it can change the icy cold water to mild warm easily. If you are expecting it works as a 10000W electric shower, it may not suit your need.Only one downside, it does not come with the connecting water pipe. If you have some DIY skill, it should not be a problem to make one you own.
