This knee strap is really effective and easy to wear. The strap is adjustable according to knee size and comfort. Good over all knee /patella support , not what I was expecting ( my own fault - i was thinking there would have been a but the gel pads actually shape well around the patella and the velcro straps make the adjustments very versatile - I lend it to my older friend and she is ordering a pair too.
