This medium capacity Cadet Forces NI MTP Patrol Pack has been designed specifically for use by the UK cadet forces and utilises the latest Cadet Branch-approved design. Ideal for daytime patrolling, fieldcraft exercises, and lightweight overnight trips, this latest issue cadet pack is constructed from tough 1000D MTP waterproof nylon making it perfect for use with PCS uniforms and equipment. The short back sizing allows it to be worn in conjunction with all issue assault vests. Features include a large 30 litre main compartment with snow-lock extension and cord-locks (to keep your kit secure and protected from the elements), two large fixed 4 litre side pockets with snow-lock extensions, closed cell foam padded back, fully adjustable harness with air mesh lined shoulder straps, adjustable waist belt and sternum strap and MOLLE webbing array on the back (for attaching additional pouches and components). In addition the lid includes two zip pockets for essential items. Additional webbing attachment points for roll mats or additional equipment are positioned on the lid and base of the pack. Great bag, ideal for day use.
The bag is a nice size for day use. I use it for cadet activities and find it's more than adequate for the job. It has a vast number of pockets all of which have a waterproof top to help stop ingress of water. The pack is comfortable on the bag with long enough straps so the pack sits well on my bag. I'm a tall man and sometimes struggle to get enough strap length for a pack to sit well on my back.

Quite a capable bag for light use but a bit to thin and flimsy for military use.
