It worked alright for a month, and now the connection just drops all the time. It is completely useless.

surprisingly simple setup Android Auto
Bought this after my USB cable gave up in my car. Tried various USB cables but couldnt get my android auto to work. Bought this and thought I would give it a go. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 and couldn't be happier! Very simple to set up, simply plug into USB port of the car, connect the phone to the smartbox bluetooth and then it recognised my phone and connected wirelessly to android auto. No longer do I have to faff around with plugging in a cable each time i get into the car

Not the best if you use multiple phones
It basically works OK. However, it will only connect to the last phone it was paired with! It states this in the user guide but not in the Amazon description. So if I use the car after my wife, I have to re-pair my phone to the device. It's quicker to plug in a cable, which defeats the object!Also I question this text from the Amazon description"Our professional support team is available to assist you with any inquiries, troubleshooting, or assistance you may require."If you can find anything at all about this manufacturer online "Bipocke", then you're doing very well!

Literally connected in 3secs max
I kid you not, it connected in 3 secs. Even I was shocked. Instant connection and easy to use. Now my apple car play is wireless, no more fighting with my charging cord and having to disconnect and reconnect. Instant connection when you start your engine. No delay what so ever. I’m so happy
