Cheaper than brand name, and sticks better too!
I had best results when I shaved my arm and cleaned it with alcohol before applying.I tried several brands and these stick the best.I like that they are clear with adhesive covering the entire patch. Other brands just have adhesive 1/4" around the outside and didn't stay on, even with tape. They will loosen or come off with sweat, so if your job entails getting sweaty or wet, patches of any kind aren't for you!I discovered these through my Medicare monthly OTC benefit. When I used up all my benefit $, I came to Amazon to get more!I used these for 3 months to get through no vaping due to dental implants. Because I used these instead of vaping, the implant warranty was not voided, and I healed up great.Nicotine intake through your mouth hampers healing and increases implant failure by 10%. For the $ I spent on implants, I wasn't about to play around with that risk.I had to use a 21 and a 14 at the same time, because I vape high nic e juice. But this did the job and took my cravings away enough that I could get by without vaping. They did cause some crazy dreams and sleepless nights, so after a week, I learned to put them on first thing in the morning and take them off at bedtime. They won't restick very well, so don't expect to stretch them out longer than a 18 hour day. I needed those fresh patches first thing in the morning. It was worth the price to help implant healing and not void the warranty on $27k dental implants!

Your Ally in the Quit-Smoking Quest
Here's the lowdown on these patches from a perspective that's as clear as the patches themselves:- Steady Nicotine Delivery: With 21mg of nicotine, these patches are designed for those heavy into their smoking habit, providing a consistent dose over 24 hours to curb those cravings.- Ease of Use: Just slap one on a clean, dry, hairless area of skin, and you're set for the day. It's like setting a 'do not disturb' sign for nicotine cravings.- Transparency in Action: The clear design means they're discreet. You can wear your battle against nicotine addiction invisibly, which is quite the stealth mode for quitting.- Step 1 of Freedom: This is where you start if you're smoking more than 10 cigarettes a day. It's the first step on a journey, like the first page of an epic novel where the hero decides to change their fate. The Comical Quirks:- The Patch Paradox: You're using nicotine to quit nicotine, which is a bit like fighting fire with fire, hoping not to get burned but rather just mildly toasted.- Stickiness Saga: They stick well, sometimes too well. Removing them can feel like a mini waxing session, which might just be the universe's way of making sure you're really committed to quitting.- Dream Weaver: Some users report vivid dreams. If you've ever wanted to direct your own subconscious movie, here's your chance. Just remember, taking it off at night might save you from directing a thriller. The Rugby Clear Nicotine Patches stand out with a solid four stars for anyone on the arduous path to smoke-free living. They're straightforward, effective, and come with the added benefit of potentially turning your nights into cinematic experiences. While they might stick like a loyal but overly enthusiastic friend, and the journey with them might include some unexpected adventures in dreamland, they're a robust tool in the quitting arsenal. Here's to hoping your journey to quitting is as smooth as the patch is clear!

Excellent Nicotine patches from Rugby. The best patches overall.
Rugby patches deliver a smooth, continuous amount of Nicotine over a 24-hour period. They are gentle to the skin and I didn't have any issues with irritation like I did with Nicoderm. Staying attached to the skin was very reliable, and I haven't lost any.Nicotine is an important addition to my Nootropics stack. It helps brain performance, including relaxation, mood, motivation, sustained attention, and it decreases distractions. The human body has Nicotine receptors on every cell, and nicotine helps cells perform at their peak. Nicotine also helps ward off Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Dementia. Nicotine helps balance brain chemistry, and improves transmissions between brain cells.I tried using gum for a while to get Nicotine, but I would chew it too much or too quickly and get nauseated, and afterwards I would forget to use the gum again. that day. The Rugby patches are PERFECT for a nootropics stack and overall health. Nicotine, by itself, is not addictive, and does not cause cancer. To the contrary, using nicotine in any form helped people AVOID issues with C-19. The advice to Stop nicotine by the powers-that-be was to set us all up so the vvacks would kill us faster. But, Nicotine use actually protected people, because it blocked the nicotine receptors so the vvacks couldn't get in! There are many, many good reasons to use Nicotine, and Rugby is my favorite way to get it..

They work!
Well... I haven't managed to quit smoking... These do however stop any withdrawal symptoms. Now if there was something to stop the mental withdrawal. These stay on just fine. Fairly priced. Just don't forget to take them off before going to sleep. Talk about crazy dreams lol

Not great at sticking - good price - better ingredients
Ardis says this brand has less toxic ingredients in the glue that makes it stick. It does tend to unstick by the end of the day. Many people say they put tape/bandaid on top to keep in place. Cheaper than the Trgt brand that sticks better. Easy to cut into smaller dosages. My gut tells me the strength not as consistent as the other brand, but that may be because the medication is in the glue and, at the edges, the glue tends to be loose (so when I place an edge piece, the dose is lower).
