I love the taste of this. It’s slightly sweet. Has all great ingredients and mixes well into my coffee when I use my frother. I mix, warmed heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice and clove powder into my cup BEFORE adding the coffee, as I am mixing the cream and the spices with my frother, I have the mushroom powder ready in my other hand in the spoon to sprinkle into the cream so that it doesn’t clump. Otherwise it will clump. And then I add my coffee and stir. It’s so good. I’m definitely addicted. 😏 the only negative I would say about this product is it doesn’t list how much of each ingredient you’re getting. That would be good to know. I just bought some lions mane powder to add, so that I can make sure I get enough of that. Lord knows I need it for my brain. 😋 one more thing I will say is, the second package I received of this did not taste like the first one. It tasted extremely bitter, almost like it was burnt. I was able to contact Amazon directly and they refunded it. I ordered another and it was delicious like the first bag was. So just be on the lookout and be aware of that. it should not taste bitter at all.

I just received it, and have had only one cup. I started drinking it with non-dairy creamer and stevia mixed in. It was so bitter that I had to add more creamer and some non-dairy milk. Because I didn’t have any more milk and creamer on hand, I wasn’t able to remove all the bitterness, but the amount I added definitely helped.I took off one star because of the bitter taste, but I'm also giving kudos to the company for leaving it up to us to provide our own sweeteners rather than adding a ton of sugar to the powder. Going forward, every cup I drink is going to contain about half milk or creamer, or a blend of both. Might even mix in a little instant coffee to see how that works.

After a few months, I noticed something positive, out dramatic, but a little more mental energy. I've been taking this for several years, mixes well in black coffee but sometimes clumps, no big deal breaking it up with a spoon. Like so may nutraceuticals and the other meds I take it's hard to tell if it's due to just the mushrooms or the combination. I'm not going to stop taking it any time soon. It comes with a scoop but sometimes they put a short one, just use a regular spoon, it does kick up some dust.

I bought my first packet last October and it was great when I added it to my coffee and oatmeal. The second packet which I received last week not so much. It is very BITTER. I normally had my coffee without sugar, however, now I have to add a little sugar and reduce the amount of powder. Did I get a bad batch? Can I return it?

Goes great in my coffee in the mornings love being able to mix it in and not even taste it.. helps with a lot of health bennifits and I feel is really good quality I buy a lot of things from this brand.

Update 11/23/24. Seller issued full refund..I guess I will try it again hoping the bitter taste is not so strong. As stated before I’ve purchased this item a couple times before and had it on subscription because I liked it so much.I’ve purchased this twice before I add it to my ryze mushroom coffee as I tend to run out before my other bag arrives so I’ve added different cheaper brands to make it thru. I love the taste of mushroom coffee but they did somthing wrong VERY WRONG. I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN ITS THE MOST BITTER TASTING NASTINESS I EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH. GROSS I WILL THROW IT AWAY AND NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN UNLESS THEY SEND ME ANOTHER BAG AND ITS OKAY. ILL UPDATE IF SO BUT FOR NOW ITS NO GOOD FOR ME .. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND I keep imagining mice poo in my powder that’s how bad it taste ..
