Good packing and product

The audio balance of this neckband has not been balanced properly. I've to literally tweak my phone's audio balance to listen to songs. In normal scenario, the sound from left side is lower than normal which causes uneasiness.

They've changed the designs of their products. The audio quality has lowered. I can say this because I've used 3 Boult neckbands before this product. The wires of my old neckband have worn out but the sound quality is still good.
