Couldn't imagine living without it now. Many said it made their monthly worse the first month but I experienced a much lighter cycle. No cramping as usual and my emotions weren't from 1-10 in a 5 minute interval. So very glad to find this product.

This product was recommended by a naturopathic Dr. And it works very well, but it's definitely gone up in price and is taking advantage of the hype. Tip* there are other artichoke supplements that work just as well and are not as pricey. Look for ingredients and good quality non commercial name brands. I will not be purchasing this particular brand unless it's price becomes reasonable.
