Impact ready.
I initially used the driver to remove some very stubborn screw threads from a concrete floor. I was successful in doing this but in the process I destroyed a screwdriver bit because it was not Impact compatible. I hasten to add that it was not a bit provided with the driver, it was one of my own. Customers need to be mindful that when buying new bits they should be for use with impact drivers as the driver is very powerful.

Great Product, But Disappointed by the Plug Compatibility
I purchased this impact driver, trusting Amazon’s recommendation as a “top pick.” While the product itself seems excellent, I was extremely disappointed to discover that it came with a European-style plug, making it unusable without a separate adapter. This was not clearly stated in the product description, and as a customer in the UK, I expect better consideration for regional compatibility.Amazon’s reputation is built on customer trust, and I believe such oversights should not happen with “Amazon’s Choice” products. I kindly ask Amazon to address this issue and ensure a smoother experience in the future. A goodwill gesture, such as a discount code or partial refund, would go a long way in restoring my confidence.

A nice looking hand tool, ruined by bad workmanship.
A portable impact driver with bits, 2 batteries and a hard wired, European, 2 pronged charger dock, all housed in a strong plastic case.I really wanted to get behind this, but on opening, saw that the drill's battery charger dock, had a European plug socket, and one prong is bent inward, so it's not flush to plug in. As I don't deem this safe, I immediately made a decision to return it.I don't recommend this product, until QA issues are addressed.

Someone made mistake with a plug but overall great
Very powerful impact driver with everything you need to do the job as well as a nice case. Unfortunately, somone didn't make enough research and included a European style plug for charger without any adapter. Fortunately, for me I got some at home so it is not much of a problem for me but this should not happen.3 stars because the driver is looking and feels very solid and durable and it does have a lot of torque. It comes with some bits and sockets as well as two batteries and a very nice case so it is fairly ready to use it straight out of the box.
