Good product
Once again a good purchase my wife loved building this setup. She is definitely one of the best at making these miniatures. I enjoyed watching her build this and we will display it soon.

Beautiful house
This house was super fun to built. It took me 3 days but I am an experienced assembler. The only disappointment was that dust cover is missing and don’t know how to get one.

What a long and fun build!
What a nice and fun build this was! First the assembly manual. It was pretty good and fairly easy to follow, but there were a few mistakes that the builder just has to figure out as they go. The wood was basically junk. You have to cut the ties with a knife to avoid delamination's and breakages. It's not that hard, but your eyes need to be sharp as well as your knife! This project has plenty of paper/glue work. The pieces are pre-cut, and they fit perfect, but lots of time will be spent at the paper/glue stage. First step is to fold up and glue, nine books and roll up 22 newspapers. If you don't know how or can't figure it out, you'll be hours at it. I roll my newspapers up on a toothpick. It's a very easy way to do it. Pictures don't do this model justice. You can't really see the effect of the lightsWhile I don't feel that this kit is one for novices or beginners, it is a very straight forward build, where the only lag time is waiting for the glue to dry and trying to figure out the next step. Enjoy the pictures!

Missing pieces
I have missing pieces. I have already started building it so a return won't work for me. This so frustrating. 4 pieces so far and I am only in the kitchen part.

Fun
This was an amazing house to put together. The acrylic case was a pain and does not fit right. I'm sure their was an easier way to assemble the case.

Not the eaist
My music box came broken, and I had two design that weren't cut correctly. With the ones that weren't cut correctly I was able to make my own adjustment to make them work. I couldn't get the stair railings out without breaking them, so I just left them out of the house. On the same piece of wood the stair railing were out if was very hard to punch anything without it breaking. I did a lot of superglue repairs. I did not get enough beads for all the items so there are a couple things I didn't get to make. This was fun overall but I would not buy it again. It did come together in the end but I did make a handful of changes to make things work.
