Quality earbuds

Really great sound and excellent value!!
I have now had time to live with these earbuds and I have to say the sound quality is excellent. I like a bass heavy sound but until now have had to use over-ear phones which I do not like as they are very cumbersome. The bass in these buds is amazing but not at the cost of the high notes which are still clear. I have not mastered the noise-cancelling which maybe because I am using slightly smaller inserts which allows external noise to seep in but not a major issue and I will work with the alternatives included. I would 100% buy these again!!!!

Inexpensive but sound mid priced once you mess with the EQ
These little buds are very good value for money. I’ve had some very high end Shure and some lesser Denon ones and these stack up quite well with most mid priced buds despite being pretty inexpensive. They can be set up with an app which allows you to change the modes and create and store custom EQ curves. They come out of the box sounding really awful like Beats or Bose but if you mess with the equaliser, you can get a very nice noise out of them. The curve ends up in quite a bizarre shape but hey that’s what it’s there for. Battery life seems infinite so far. It’s also nice that you can set the tapping commands to one two or three taps on one side or the other for various functions and if you turn off single tap control you can actually push them back into your ears without changing the track. Which is nice. This brings me to the reason for my four rather than five stars. No matter which cuffs I use, I am continually stuffing them back into my ears as they want to fall out A LOT. Could just be my weird lug-holes, but that’s my experience. All in all I’d definitely recommend for audio quality alone. They’re not Hi-Fi, but very pleasing.

Defective product. Right Earbud not working
Just got the item delivered today and the right Earbud is not working even after troubleshooting it multiple times.We don't expect to troubleshoot newly purchased item, unacceptable.
