Just for reference, I place it under my tongue. It doesn’t taste bad. And the quality is good. One dose will have you smelling like sweet syrup.

Caused headaches, loss of appetite, and fatigue. Stopped using it after a couple days. Tasted and smelled like maple syrup.

I add this to my tea and it taste delicious plus hopefully it is helping my bones to strengthen!! I researched fenugreek in medical research. and it seems to be good for bone stability:)
