I’d like to thank Mary in customer for an excellent experience with a warranty replacement shower head. Our shower head failed after three years of use, so we reached out to get it warrantied. Process was very smooth and had a new shower head within a few days. Thank you so much for standing by your product.

When installed it worked fine, but preassure was not high, not a rainfall sensation at all. but it was ok.My town has really hard water and after a year i had to submerged the shower head in vinegar and then clean the noozle with some tiny brushes . Then after 6 months, then after 3 months and so over. eventually the water started flowing from the edges and was not usable any more.

We had a Koehler shower head (round & pricey) but having had these in our condo in FL (12 inch) we really liked the square headed shower heads. We were a little reluctanct to get only an 8 inch but this did not disappoint!! Just remember to take out the water restricter -it makes a big difference. Wife said it thoroughly rinses out all the conditioner/shampoo.

We've enjoyed our showerhead a great deal. It began to shoot water upward from the four corners on it's top. We got in touch with the seller and they agreed to replace the unit, as it is under a lifetime warranty.Great company!! We will definitely buy from them again!

Good product

Original purchase was to replace our current shower head in our master bathroom. My wife had fallen in love with a rain shower head in our daughter's home and wanted one here. Also; based on the description of the product, it was identified as having the ability to increase water pressure by removing the flow restrictor. Initial product received was missing the sand screen and flow restrictor. Upon installation, our water flow was actually less than what we were having with the old shower head that had the flow restrictor in place. A message to the seller with the feedback resulted in us immediately receiving a replacement. With respect to their customer support and service, it was excellent and we could not have asked for better. However, the performance of the product is still below that of our old one. Rather than return it and due to the rain shower being what was wanted versus the old style we had before, we have made the decision to continue to use it - for now. I'm sure my wife will continue to "search" for a product she is more satisfied with. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of our daughter's product does not provide one in an oil brushed bronze.

A tenant selected this product and i have not used it. When I had family in for the holidays the shower head fell off. This is where the story starts. A few emails to the company and a new part was shipped. Great service and apparently a great warranty. If I ever shower with this head I am sure it will be fabulous. Solid peace of mind.

REVISED TO INCLUDE THE GREAT SELLER RESPONSE. I was not going to say anything, but the Seller reached out about my experience. When I reported the one problem, without prompting the Seller decided to ship me a replacement shower head. Great timely service!Overall this is a great shower head. Alas, the one I received had one defect that affected its functionality. The instructions made it easy to install, and the water flow and feeling is great. The only negative is one of the little rubber jets is spraying sideways rather than straight down like all the other jets. Aside from looking funny spraying that way, this means it drips out the side and distracts from the otherwise great shower experience. I rubbed the jet and that did not fix it, and I also used a pin to be sure it was not clogged, but it keeps spraying sideways. I may have to look for a different shower head as a result, which is too bad given the otherwise great feel.
