To my surprise I found that these pills did have an effect, provided I was in the mood for love. However, I found the need to have an empty stomach very off putting, and a glass of water on an empty stomach made me want to pee not play. By way of contrast, sharing an intimate meal with a bottle of wine is very much part of my foreplay.Having read some of the other reviews here, in contrast to some, I did not find the effects very long lasting. Certainly not persisting to the next day. A qualified recommendation.

Works a treat, no side effects

These pills were packaged well in a resealable pack. The effect did result in more stamina for at least 8 hours with a diminishing effect. The only side effect was a flushing in the case and congested nose but no headache. I had these on an empty stomach and drank nearly half a litre of water. They work very quickly within 30 mins and on occasion much quicker.

Waste of money doesn’t do nothing

Quickly start to feel a rise in blood flow through the whole body not to any particular area as advertised, I read a review which stated that they had helped the person during their weight training session which when you're older you struggle to get the same muscular response that you used to get in your 30's and 40's and these did make a difference, able to do more for longer without getting over tired and after you get the feeling you have had a good workout, do they make a difference with your partner? not sure yet, maybe time will tell
