High Quality as Expected
High quality and effective, as to be expected from Solgar. I’ve been taking this vitamin D3 for a couple months now with no adverse effects which is how it should be. The capsules themselves have no smell and are quite small making them easy to swallow which I really like. There’s no bad after taste either which is great. The value is great too, you only need to take one a day which means this jar will last 4 months. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and will be buying again once I run out.

Real deal
It is the real deal. Have been taking similar strength Vit D from another brand from Amazon, but completely rubbish. Had flashing cover and lots of claims of quality but waste of money. I felt tired and finally decided to find another brand. This seems to be a reputable brand and I am happy to save it is working. Within few days I can feel the energy levels going up and less tired. Don't waste money on rubbish and buy this reputable product.

It works!
Did a vitamin D test în Jan 2025 and my level was 38 nmol/l. Took this vitamin D 4000 IU every day for a year. Tested my vitamin D level again and it is now exactly 100 nmol/l (normal range is 50-200). So it works!

Worth the money
I learned the hard way that there is no point in spending money on cheap vitamins. Solgar are ' simply the best, better than all the rest....' Please don't waste your money on cheap alternatives. My vitamin D was low in a blood test and Solgar reversed it. I will never buy a cheaper alternative again and urge you to do the same. Health is everything so please spend some of your money on something which will definitely make you feel better. About 50% of the general population is deficient in vitamin D and this will make such a difference to your general
