I learned about this supplement after reading the book forever Young. It's a really good book and I definitely recommend it. A lot of good recommendations and ways to biohack. This supplement is supposed to help mitochondria function. At the cellular level that's hard to tell if it's working. But I definitely feel like I have more energy taking this supplement. Also supposed to help reduce inflammation. I've also cut out all seed oils from my diet which helps your mitochondria as well.

The bottle has very little information about purity testing and the source of the urolithin. This is too iffy to trust for me. I won't be using these.

I cannot tell a difference taking this supplement, nor was I expecting to see a difference any time soon, but hopefully this is something that will help long term. My only concern is that this is made in china, and this fact is on top of a sticker that is on top of the plastic wrap around the container.
