Hi guys and galsThank you for creating a product which is pretty much plug and play. I saw this product at a site where I had a few pieces engraved and absolutely fell in love.The cogs started turning and realised I could do the very same at my site. So I purchased the laser pecker 4 and away I go.Already had lots of interest.

This is my 4th LaserPecker, and despite the hefty price tag I would definitely recommend it to a hobbyist wanting to etch on everything from wood to stainless steel. Good build quality, simple operation. Maybe not suitable for a lot of commercial work.

The media could not be loaded. I love it. Upgraded from LP2 to be able to engrave more materials and I love it. It’s easy to use, mobile software if very handy.

I bought this laser to replace a unit bought directly with LaserPecker. That one died after 29 days of light use, like maybe 5 hours. I reached out to them for support and so far 30 days has passed and they are still not entertaining my concerns or replacing the unit - despite their warranty claiming “super support”.If I had the chance again I’d have gone with X-Tool as the after-sales for LaserPecker is woefully bad. I tried social media, direct and several emails with videos etc to gain their attention and I am still left with a £1,700 paperweight and masses of frustration.Do not waste your money, go elsewhere.

Fantastic quality and results from this exceptionally well-designed and built unit. It arrived well-packaged the day after I ordered and within 5 minutes I was engraving my first test piece. Great support from the UK seller and follow-up to check everything was ok. Great value for money with no compromise in quality or service. Great product, Great team, Great Service ! Happy Customer

The media could not be loaded. I have never used a laser engraver before this was easy to assembled an ran straight from my phoneI bought this mainly to engrave my hand made pens I make so I could add a message or nameThis has sooo many possibilities for me I love it
