My desk only goes down but not up and on the screen where you press the button it says r5t how do I fix this?

Unplug all the power cords and reconnect them. Long press the down button to reset and then see if the desk could go up.

What is the distance (inside) between the legs of the 40 inch version?

I have the 48" version. The length between the legs is 33"

The screws that are used to connect the top two pieces together. Part “D” are way too big. Can you order replacement parts?

My screws are 5/8" and they may seem too long but with the bracket are good.

Can you attach a different tabletop? I have a tabletop from ikea I’d like to use.
