Love it
I keep this on my mantle year-round. It is quite entertaining for friends that come over. It seems to be good quality and the flexibility in the hat as it moves makes it look like a real hat and not just a plastic thing.

They did the Sorting Hat Proud - You Won't Be Disappointed
This is an absolute must for any Harry Potter fan. My kids were amazed when I pushed the button. His mouth and tip of the hat move in sync with each of the recordings, once for each house plus another general message. The recordings are very clear, the colors are perfect and the box it arrived in was perfect for protection and storage. A+ for quality, Hallmark! Takes 3 AAA batteries. Loved the online photo's of the ornament on the tree and cannot wait to hang him on mine.

Very Cute any Harry Potter fan would love this ornament
I got this because I am a Harry Potter fan. I never saw this back in the days of Harry Potter. It is well constructed and in excellent new condition. The hat says about 5 phases. The hat likes to place me in Raven claw but we all know I am a Gryffindor. The sorting hat will sit on my bookshelf next to my Harry Potter figurine. Love it you will too if there are any left get one even though it is a bit pricy, but you might not be able to get this type anywhere else. Nice collector's item. The hat feels like some type of leather and the little tassel in the back is movable. Nice hand touch to the hat.

Beyond my expectation
The media could not be loaded. Great buy! It’s very sturdy (on the heavy side). Great quality material and the motion is surreal. The sound quality is on the okay side. Need 3 AAA batteries to work. Overall it’s great to have this nice sorting hat for Harry Potter fans

The media could not be loaded. What a great gift or decoration for any Harry Potter fan! This item by Hallmark is amazing! In my opinion it is too big for a tree decoration as it is 5 inches tall, but even on a shelf or table is so cool! Has 5 different lines from the movie. Highly recommended!

I bought these for James and Oliver Phelps, Oliver at least acted like he'd never seen them before! I already have one for my tree, a great addition for any HP tree!
