The media could not be loaded. Ariel has always been my favorite, so this ornament is extra special. The details are beautiful, from her flowing red hair to the dinglehopper in her treasure trove. Flounder’s cheerful expression adds a nice touch. It’s well-made, sturdy, and looks magical on the tree. I will update this review once I plug it in for the light and sound effects. A must-have for any Little Mermaid fan.

Broken
Doesn’t take much to break the arm off Ariel. It fell 2 feet onto carpet and the arm broke off.

For the price it should come with the cord
I was very disappointed while my partner was opening this as a birthday gift and he wasn’t even able to see the light it gives off because we couldn’t plug it in.. which honestly as an ornament from hallmark I would have expected something better.Otherwise the detail on it is very well done. The size is reasonable, I cannot speak on sound quality as I have yet to be able to use it.Overall the value of the product, without the cord is not really a great price point.. one of the most expensive ornaments I’ve purchased, especially given that you have to go to Hallmark and buy a cord.
