Works good! I was surprised I was able to hide it in my Seville aura unit and zip tie the water inlet to the condensate hose. Works great!

The cost for this pump was too high for essentially a noisy, in-line pump that we have to look at. Being on the wall in the room, it had to constantly be adjusted during install, done multiple times to get it to fit, be somewhat quiet and look ok. The pump was to replace other larger in the wall pumps that did not run as often, so this pump was quite a disappointing update.We had to pay for someone to put in a gravity feed line instead which should have been done in the first place. Before buying any pump, let alone this one, consider a gravity setup first.

These are excellent products if you can get one from Amazon that has not been molested. I bought three and all three have been opened with parts missing and all paperwork gone. Little Giant does not seal the manufacturer's box with tape. Therefore they can be opened without cutting any tape. Excellent product but I would buy from a local Warehouse where you can see if you got all the parts. I've wasted two weeks trying to get it right with Amazon. They have replaced each one that was missing parts. So three was my limit. Excellent product poor boxing on manufacturer's side. The HVAC Warehouse that is local and the same box and it was not secured either. Somebody's losing money on these pumps. A simple piece of packing tape or shrink wrap with save a lot of money. It's not Amazon's fault.

The Little Giant Mini-Split Condensation Pump System seems to be built well, and the pump functions as intended.The installation process went smoothly, and the noise level of the pump is tolerable when running. Maintenance is also pretty easy and takes no time at all.Overall, it's well worth the price for the quality and performance! This is a good choice if you're in the market for an Undermount Mini-Split Condensate Pump System!

Make sure you get a pump that satisfies your needs by doing the math. This is fairly easy to install and works great as a cheap alternative.

I received one that someone has clearly returned. The wires had old solder on them, the packages inside were opened and the pump was dirty, clearly used. The box looked like it went through a washing machine before I got it. Don't bother, find another pump.

I just realized that the lift provided by this pump isn't enough, or at least in specification, for my system since I need to go up to the ceiling, then over to the sump pump. However, I debating testing more to see how performs with the current line installed. Seems to meet specs otherwise, though once I realized the 3ft lift spec, I'm not confident to install for use as might wear out prematurely being my lift requirement is around 8ft. Might be OK once primed, though for my use, figured I'd note. Seems OK otherwise.
