I like that I get two items for the one price. Gloves are more convenient to use than a typical grill mitten - you can bend fingers with your hand in it, so it's easier to do complex tasks. Keep in mind though, it's not completely fire-proof, please don't play with the hot ashes for any long time.The thermometer is also fine, it is simple to use and it shows relatively adequate numbers too.Hope that the set will be back in stock soon.

Gloves were great, the metal end came off the meat thermometer and ended up stuck in my meat. not very good product.

I'm using in my t-shirt business. When opening the clam shell style press, I lay this glove on top of the heating element and lay my hand over it. I don't even have to wear the glove! The meat thermometer I have used but is a great bonus.

Very nicely made, comfortable & useable for just about anything hot, to use in my kitchen is a bit bulky feeling, maybe I could get use to that feeling. Nicely priced and the gift real does work pretty well. Thanks bunches.

I received these as a gift from my in-laws several years ago, and they are the only oven mits that I use. I bought these as a gift for my dad. I really like how I can get a safe grip on hot pans and larger casserole dishes.
