I had ordered this for my parents, at first everything wasworking fine but then after couple weeks there was no vibration and heat on the machine and now its completely shut, I don’t recommend this brand

I bought this article on 3/10/24 and it stopped working 12/10/24 after repeated complaints to the manufacturer no action taken by them and refused to sort out my complaint by Mr Mayank sharma CRM so guys never buy from them and the worst is it doesn’t come with warranty

The adaptor plug is flimsy and has to be adjusted several times for the equipment to work.

The product is good and useful too.

Good massager but build quality is bad not used plastic this made with hilton foam material which not showing in product details look like short time Life product manufacturing company also not prosseing warranty submitted details
