This was very easy to put together as it's something I did solo while 8 months pregnant. The shelf is very sturdy and anchored nicely into the wall. We used this shelf in our nursery. We swapped out the knobs to match our dresser, the swap was very easy! For the amount of money paid we absolutely get our value.

Posting an update to my review: the seller asked me take it down if they refunded plus said they would be sending the missing pieces. They refused to send the missing piece unless I gave them my personal information even though they already have all my information from the order which I found very odd and they were very pushy. It has been more than a month and still haven’t received the missing part. I will Not be taking my review down either way and I dont think they liked that. This product is terrible and I’ve never written a bad review.So many pieces straight out of the box were chunked and stretched. I put the entire piece together and it looks nice from afar but it looks like it’s been used for years on the shelves. Wish it was slightly better quality, easily scratches and if you touch it finger prints you can really see.

The product is amazing value for the price. I wanted a Potterh Barn one that was $3,500!! This was a serious FRACTION of the price. And honestly- looks basically as good. I assembled it myself and I am not handy. Took 2 hours and I only needed clarification from someone on one step. Also would have cut my time in half if I’d used a drill. It did come with what looked like scratches in two places that had been repainted or marked over with black ink- but I can’t even find them now that it’s assembled. Love!

This is a beautiful bookcase that looks like real wood. I purchased 2 for my mother and she loves how many family photos fit on the shelves. There is extra storage on the bottom too. It is a great value for the price.

We got our bookshelf with a broken part but it was obvious that it happened during shipping. Customer service was very quick to respond and sent a new piece without any hassle. After we got the replacement part we discovered that another part was milled incorrectly. Again, customer service was very quick to respond and sent a new piece. For being made of Particle board it feels pretty dang steady to me, it looks great and my wife is happy. That's all that counts. Even with the issues, I'm still giving it 5 stars.

I received the “new” product with the inside foam completed shredded, box was taped up from damage, one shelf has a huge 4 inch chip, and i can’t even put this together because the mdf was split and completely broken off in several places. This is obviously a used product that they sold me as “new” and is in such terrible shape that it needs to be thrown away. I called Amazon and was told that i need to wait to hear from the company before I am “approved” for a refund. The box was so damaged that it fell apart when i opened it; i couldn’t ship it back if i wanted to. This looks really nice in the photos on Amazon, but it is a terribly cheap hunk of disintegrating MDF.

Missing parts ~ now waiting for missing part delivery ~ received part ~ waiting for refund that was promised ~ LOVE THE BOOKCASE. Fairly easy to assemble ~ would recomend ~ thinking of purchasing another !

They are good looking cases but they are cheap and difficult to put together. I think the cost is outrageous for what you get but they serve their purpose and look nice in the space. They are a little shaky so I wouldn’t recommended putting lots of large books or heavy decor on them. Also, one of ours came without a knob for one of the drawers.
