So after playing with this little robot with my kids for about 30 minutes I'm on the fence. The really neat thing about it is that it is very easy to make it move around. The wheels go up and over small bumps really easily and it can do circles which is very cute. The light up eyes are a really nice touch. The other features are not that great though. Several times when I pushed one of the buttons for music or dancing, nothing happened except for a loud beep. When it did work, the music part would play some old fashioned kids songs. The "dancing" is really just the robot going up, back, making a circle, and that's it. I was not able to try out the gesture sensing option. It wasn't something was clearly marked on the remote and my daughter made the directions disappear. I couldn't find any way to set it for that, so we just used the remote. I think a 4 year old will find this very fun, but not really any older than that. However for the price point of $26 it's a VERY good deal! Would make an excellent gift for a younger child and nobody would know how cheap it was :)

The controls are not entirely intuitive. You can get pretty far without reading any directions, but a child's going to have a bit more difficulty.When the sound is on it's really loud, louder than it needs to be. Thankfully, you can turn off the sound.It rolls through the house quite easily and quickly. Turns smoothly. For the price, it has quite a few functions and options.You do need two AAA batteries for the remote control, but the robot itself charges with the provided USB cable.Unless I haven't figured it out yet, the music is random.

It is small and very unique. I love when it starts to get close to Christmas, you start seeing the must have for the year and I feel this may be one of those, but they get it early.The toy is well made but I did have a few issues with it responding to input on the remote. It easily makes it around the house and will go over some things. Seems like as long as it's no taller than a pencil, it will easy go up and over. I played with it for about 20 minutes and encountered the issue with the input from the remote about 6 times. Not a big issue but the manufacturer may need to look in to it to see if it’s programming, interference or a number of other things it could be. Overall, I am happy, and it probably won’t prevent them from having a ball with it. I really like the changing of the eyes, and it had plenty of LEDs to make the change noticeable and a nice touch.

Really adorable robot! Many cute faces you can cycle between, and controls very well. The music it plays though, are what I'd expect a preschooler to listen too.
