Product is decent, but the charger was misplaced by my mom and I need to order a new one. No response from the manufacturer; phone # disconnected. Anyone know where I can get a charger?

Couldn’t wear it to review its performance. Ear wire was too long and with the connection to unit being large couldn’t move the unit further down/back on my ear. I’ve been wearing a hearing aid for about 10 years and was just looking for an inexpensive alternative.

I have purchased 3-4 of the Britzgo . They never last more than about 15 months, if that . The most recent one about a year ago will only work for about 9 hours before dying and need to recharge. this was a problem since i bought it. The ones in the past never had this problem. I am starting to get tired of buying these but everything else is so expensive. i feel the company should give me a discount because i keep buying them and the don't seem to last very long. No warning on when it goes out permanently. I charged it last night and has not worked all day. So i need a new one. I do like the product, the noise reduction works great in restaurants and loud places. I have even recommended them to people who had lousy expensive hearing aids , and they actually liked the Britzgo.

I got this device for my 84 year old dad. We did some testing together and he initially praised the device since it seemed to work well under normal conditions. But soon after, he got frustrated having to adjust the settings too often. He has an approx. 40% hearing loss. I tend to believe the device is well designed, does a good job and it is reasonably priced, but the satisfaction is very "case by case" dependent. The technology has improved over the years, but I still find it lacking. Users like my dad, expect the hearing aid to work seamlessly with little need of continuous adjustments for the different circumstances and environments, and I don't think the technology is there yet.

Tried to contact manufacturer emailed 4 times no response no acknowledgement of receipt. Need new rubber inserts for the earphone and a new charging cable.

everything OK except an adaptor american /european voltage.

I like the amplification of this aid. The ear piece choices should be more! Works and great for the price. Choose these over the $6000 Miracle Ear aids I had. I threw those away!!
